Booking Policy
Reservations will be accepted and guaranteed by us on receipt of your valid credit card details, depending on availability of the apartment(s).
Cancellation / No Show Policy
Cancellation fees are at the discretion of The Crows Nest Management.
An administration charge of up to $25.00 will be made on all cancellations/No Shows.
A minimum charge of one night’s tariff (up to 50% in the peak season from Dec - Feb) will be debited against your credit card plus the administration fee. However a full refund will be issued less an administration charge if: bookings are cancelled with 14 days prior notice.
Refunds
will be issued by cheque within fourteen days of the cancellation notice. No refund for early departure. |
